Train to BE Strong.
Not Just Look It.

14 years of natural training. Zero shortcuts. An engineer's approach to building a body that performs as well as it looks.

The Coach

I treat the body like
a system. Because it is one.

I'm an engineer by training. I spent years building software, self-driving trucks, and eventually my own company. But the most important system I've ever built is my own body.

I started at 16, insecure and clueless. Fourteen years later, I've never touched steroids, never followed a "transformation program," and I'm in the best shape of my life.

The secret? There is no secret. Just consistency, compound movements, and treating fitness as a lifelong project instead of a 12 week challenge.

The Philosophy

The fitness industry
has it backwards.

Everyone is trying to look strong. I train to actually be strong. When you chase aesthetics, you get a fragile body that photographs well. When you chase capability, the aesthetics come as a byproduct.

This is not bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is the art of looking like you can do things you cannot actually do. I'm interested in the opposite.

My goal is to help you build something real. Not a physique you rent for a summer. A body you own for life.

The Mission

Be the person.
Don't just look like it.

Trying to look fit without being fit is like renting a luxury car. You might fool people at the restaurant, but you know the truth. And you have to give it back Monday.

I'm building this brand because fitness changed my life in ways that had nothing to do with how I looked. It taught me that if I could figure out my body, I could figure out anything. That confidence carried me through an engineering degree, a move across Europe, and building a company from scratch.

Stop renting your fitness.

Whether through coaching or the newsletter, I'll show you how to build a body that actually works. No hacks. No shortcuts. Just the fundamentals that have worked for 14 years.
