I work with a small number of people who want real strength, real health, and results that last for decades. This is not a transformation program. This is a system for life.
This is not bodybuilding coaching. If you want to optimize for photos, I'm not your guy.
What this is about
Context
Training that makes sense in the context of your life. You have a job, maybe a family, and limited time. We build around that reality, not around some fantasy where fitness is your only priority.
Capability
I don't coach for transformations or photo shoots. I coach for capability. Can you pull yourself up? Can you carry something heavy? Can you run when you need to? That's what matters.
Byproduct
The goal is to be genuinely strong and healthy. How you look is a consequence of that. Not the other way around. Get this backwards and you'll always be chasing.
Timeline
This approach is slower and more deliberate. It's designed to serve you for 40 years, not 12 weeks. If you need fast results for a vacation, this isn't it.

How I think about this
System
Your body is an adaptive system. I treat training, nutrition, sleep, and stress as interconnected variables, not isolated inputs.
Signal
Training is a signal to your body. We send the minimum effective dose to trigger adaptation, then we recover. Most people fail by doing too much.
Compound
We prioritize big, compound movements. Squats, pull ups, dips, presses. These give you 80% of the results with 20% of the complexity.
Life
Training has to fit into real life. Not the other way around. Some periods you push harder. Some periods you maintain. Both are part of the system.
